Props to Miss California

So if you haven't seen the video yet, you will. Miss Caifornia was asked whether or not she believed other states should follow the example of Vermont (being the 4th state to legalize same sex marriage). She was respectfull in saying that it's great that states are making their choices and voting on their opinions in this country. Then she said with her family she grew up with the idea that marriage was between a man and a woman. Oh yeah! The judge that asked her the question shook his head in disgust (what a poser).

This post isn't an argument for or against same sex marriage, you can read other posts if you want to read that. This is to give props to Mis California. She spoke her mind. It's a tough question and a tough thought in our world today. She didn't break down to the pressures of those wanting to take away freedom of speech in this country. No! She stood strong to her morals and beliefs which is not being done; people today try to be the so called "norm" and try to "rebel" against something they don't even understand, they just want to rebel for arguments sake.

So Miss California, you have my respect for speaking your mind and not being a poser when those who want to take away our freedom of speech will call you negative names. Way to stand up to the posers of the world.
